A Girl Named Genny

What started as a music hang out amongst friends transformed into a band with three self produced albums, and several extensive tours that have sent the band from one coast of the USA to the other.. Armed with “folk” instruments, A Girl Named Genny has always sought to push the norm of what is expected from an Americana band. Influences draw from jazz-roots music, to bluegrass-folk genres, and even rock and roll. Fiddle solos, vocal harmonies, meaningful lyrics, high energy jams, and more are just some of the ingredients of what makes their shows work.
